The Dell KACE Family of Virtual Systems Management Appliances fulfills the systems management needs of an organization from initial system deployment to ongoing management and retirement. Designed to provide all of the benefits of physical appliances—fast deployment, low cost and easy maintenance— Dell KACE Virtual Appliances also have the added scalability, affordability and ease of support that comes with virtualization.

The VK2000 Deployment Appliance is the easy-to-use, comprehensive and affordable appliance that fulfills all of the systems deployment needs of an organization including computer inventory assessment, OS and application provisioning, migration and recovery.
Documentation:
- KBOX 1100, V-KBOX 1100, KBOX 2100 and V-KBOX 2100 include 100 nodes
- Additional Nodes are above the base 100 Nodes for appliances
- Additional Nodes are priced based on the total number of additional nodes being purchased
- Required purchase of the same number of nodes for the 1000 Series as for the 2000 Series
- Maximum recommended nodes per appliance for the KBOX 1100, V-KBOX 1100, KBOX 2100 and V-KBOX 2100 is 3000 per appliance
- Maximum recommended nodes per appliance for the KBOX 1200 and V-KBOX 1200 is 20,000 per appliance
- Each V-KBOX license allows for unlimited instances on 1 physical server.
- Virtual KBOX Appliances (V-KBOX) are only available in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand
